The Three Leases
Basic Lease — $10 (MP3)
- 250,000 distribution copies
- 250,000 audio streams
- 1 monetized music video (unlimited non-monetized)
- Unlimited radio broadcasting
- Unlimited free downloads
- 10-year term, worldwide
Premium Lease — $50 (MP3 + WAV)
- Unlimited distribution copies & audio streams
- Unlimited music videos, monetized or not
- Unlimited radio broadcasting
- Live performances for profit allowed
- 10-year term, worldwide
Unlimited Lease — $100 (MP3 + WAV + Stems)
- Everything in Premium, plus full trackout stems for mixing
- Unlimited distribution copies, streams & music videos
- Unlimited radio broadcasting & live performances
- 10-year term, worldwide
What Every License Includes
- You own 100% of your finished song — vocals, mix, and master.
- Publishing/songwriting: 100% yours until your song hits 1M streams or sales, then we split 50/50.
- You get usage rights only — I keep the beat's master rights.
- Non-transferable — can't be resold or handed off.
- You can register your own finished song for Content ID — just not the raw, unaltered beat by itself.
